I am responsible for the testing activities and I work alongside the development team to detect malfunctions and deliver a bug – free software. My daily activities imply analyzing the usability of the new requirements and their integration within existing products while suggesting design improvements or corrections throughout the development process, as well as contribute during the planning and coordination of new software releases.

 Gathering requirements and articulating business processes;  Mapping business processes to the SM product;  Identification of gaps and creating and maintaining the gap list;  Facilitating and documenting business reviews;  Writing product change specifications;  Presenting proposed solutions to clients to gain acceptance;  Liaising with solution architects to estimate developments required;  Troubleshooting design and implementation issues during development phase;  Travel to client sites.

 Organize and lead a team of 5 people;  Plan the tasks and the resources;  Ensure and maintain a high level of support for the team customers;  Comply with the company commitments and timelines;  Help the team and its team members grow;  Evaluate the team members and set measurable objectives;  Recruit and train new staff.

As a software engineer, I took part into the testing tasks for SintecMedias's biggest product into all of its operational modules: Programming, Promotion, Sales, Finance and Billing, Log & Traffic, Reports and Interfaces.
