- Real-time monitor of the performance indicators - Asses the risks of each stage of project implementation and take the adequate measures where the situation imposes it - Develop tactical and achievable project plans and monitor the delivery against performance measures and milestones - Configure the training formats and plans according to the needs of the target group, cost effective

- Evaluation of the eligibility of the authorization documentation for the training courses for adult professional formation, in the domain of civil engineering, building services and public works. - Checking the legal and administrative documentation, the training curricula according to the national occupational standard

- Supervise the execution works - Inspections of the lists of materials and establishing the necessary quantities according to the on-site phase. - Cooperation with design engineers and contractors in terms of technical details - Organizing the acquisitions plan according the on-site execution stage

From time to time I was traveling to Rhone Alpes or Auvergne in the summer to lead some of their great workcamps. My main responsibilities included: - Coordinating the young adults (18-30 ys) volunteering teams in terms of daily work schedule, free time activities, special needs - Maintaining and developing a long term relationship between the local council representatives and the sending NGO - Managing the possible conflicts - Managing the camp budget
