During the programme, I had the opportunity to challenge myself on different projects, working with cross-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of my personal coach. I started my first trainee assignment in the Horeca office, which is related to the Trade area. This assignment was characterized by project management as I was the co-responsible for the implementation of a new field force. This was followed by several marketing assignments to get to know the diversity of our portfolio.

Durch die Möglichkeit, Wunschbereiche für Einsätze zu äußern, hatte ich spannende Einsätze im Einkauf, Marketing & Vertrieb bis hin zum Personalbereich und konnte zusätzliche Fachbereiche wie z.B. Online Marketing bei einer Tochtergesellschaft kennenlernen.
