Queue-it is one of the fastest growing start-ups in Copenhagen and the global market leader in virtual waiting room solutions. - Scaled the team from 3 part-time employees in the beginning of 2016 to 30 in the middle of 2017 (+2 full-time team leads) - Built processes for hiring, employee training, and pre-sales development - Notable customers closed from leads generated by the team include Telia Sonera, Tele2, Best Union, Sydney Opera House, Spectra (Comcast), Missguided

Worked in parallel in lead generation and hiring+training new team members. On-boarded 10 people during this period and created the basis for the training program that would be used in the larger scaling effort from 2017.

Part-time, student worker position. Prospected the online retail and telecom markets. Starting as a team of 3 reps and a book about the Salesforce lead generation model, we bootstrapped the entire outbound processes – account targeting, persona mapping, communication etc.

Coordinated the update of IT contingency plans for all four P&G offices and plants in Romania. Worked as an intermediary between the business and the IT experts in order to ensure requirements from both sides are met. Designed and deployed a digital collaboration event for the South East Europe organization (Romania, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria); responsible of administrative tasks, developing the training content, creating learning hand-outs and communication materials.
