Quality Analyst on the HCM - Management Panel team, where we work to attend the implementations made in the systems and client needs. We count on weekly sprints, retros and Daily meetings. Quality Guardian - Responsible for monthly presentation to the HCM coordinators about the general data of the team, presentations including new ideas and implemented improvements. Together with the other guardians, we work in search of improvements for the tests and agile ideas that may be valid for the teams.

We work to attend the implementations and client needs. We count on PI Plannings every quart and also with two weeks sprints. Execution of tests based on the technical specification of the requirement. Manual and regression tests on SAP Systems (CRM, CC, CI, eShop, Myworkplace). Creation of manuals process for knowledge base. Working with Confluence and JIRA. Supporting Technique II - I worked on two projects, GPMO and as Change Coordinator. Always meeting the client's demands.

Buyer of products for the manufacture of elevators. Process of negotiation with suppliers. Participation in the company's Inventory. Issuance of payment documents (Payment List or Payment Doc.) Issuance of documents for the approval of the purchase of new materials or in case of price adjustments. Invoice entry tax process. Data entry in the ERP system. Translation of documents (German/Portuguese) Assistance in administrative routines, receiving mail, telephone assistance, scheduling of trips.
