Wet Chemistry Department: - Gravimetric fat and fat parameters analysis of food products Microbiology Department: - Microbiological analysis of food and feeding stuffs for the different apathogenic and pathogenic germs and parameters (yeasts und moulds, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria spp., etc); - Recording of analytical results in SAP.

- Theoretical and practical skills in tumor immunology of the liver (FACS analysis, titration of antibodies, PCR, sequencing, passage of tumor cell lines); - Work with mice according to LAVES regulations.

- Western blot analysis, protein expression and purification in bacteria, transfection of Nicotiana benthamiana; - Writing of Master’s thesis: «Characterization of different TPX2 protein family members».

- Preparation of nutrient media, fluid cultures and glycerol stocks of fungi and bacteria, DNA isolation of bacteria and fungi; - Sequencing of PCR products; - Determination of DNA quantity using photometric facilities; - Agarose gel electrophoresis.
