• Member of a small council dedicated to promoting diversity initiatives across European CCS locations. The Council is linked to a worldwide CCS Diversity Programme. • Key achievements: founding member of the European CPWF affinity group (Corning Professional Womens Forum), lead schemes in conducting in depth qualitative research concerning the role of women in Corning, part of an initiative to improve disability awareness within CCS in Europe.

• United Kingdom and Ireland Customer Relations Representative within CCS Europe. • Key responsibilities: dealing with customer problems, solving issues quickly and calmly, working in a fast paced and pressurised environment. • Key skills: fully trained in SAP, good technical product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with customers.

• Responsible for leading a team of 5 in gathering, structuring and loading technical and marketing data for a new web catalogue. • Key responsibilities: leading, managing and motivating the PIM team, liaising between various departments, meeting strict deadlines to monitor progress, co-ordinating with colleagues in North America, leading a weekly presentation of progress to managers.
