As a tutor, I am currently assisting an ESL student in learning how to speak, read and write American English. Other responsibilities include developing lesson plans, homework assignments and activities to encourage the learning process as well as completing monthly evaluations used to assess the learner's progress. As a member of the Board of Directors, I help in sustaining the program's mission, values and vision through various tasks.

As the company's sole graphic designer, I am responsible for manipulating customer provided artwork as well as the designing of logos, various print items, and artwork for promotional products. Other graphic design related duties include educating customers on design and printing options, collaborating with trade vendors on jobs that cannot be completed in-house, and walking customers through the proofing process.

Develop production schedules and capacity planning, ordering of raw materials for production, schedule shipping of finished goods and receiving of incoming raw materials, track finished goods and raw material inventories, create and oversee the completion of all production paperwork, track daily production plant wide used for the creation of daily production reports, resolve customer service related issues, quote current and potential customers, and general office duties.

Illustrated vector images for customizable t-shirts, proofed advertisments, web design, logo development, packaged orders for shipment, executed tags and transfers.

Assist customer in understanding billing, resolve any bill issues, negotiate solutions to past due accounts, process payments, educate customers, conduct training classes, work with newly hired individuals their first few weeks on the floor, and help vetern employees better their statistics.
