I’m working, for a short period of time, at Cibers headquarters with a focus to define and implement an overall test strategy for CIBER Denmark. After this task was done, I start working as an external consultant at Nokia Denmark Tasks at CIBER: Create an over test strategy for CIBER. Test strategy is based on Agile Software development. Result: Successfully implemented and documented testing strategy, which is still in use at CIBER Denmark

Employed as Software Test Manager, with focus on to establish and integrate a test department with other teams in Steria. Tasks: • Create a test strategy, how and what we are testing at Steria • Create test plans and test cases templates, which will be used in projects • Installation and configuration of HP tools: o Quality Center, QTP, Load Runner Results: • Test strategy taken in use. • Test tools installed, configured and deployed • Test the service catalog taken in use

I started to work as software test manager and stress and performance test specialist at Maersk Line applications and other projects As a test manager, I’m responsible for the following: Establish testing organization Test Planning Test control matrix and evaluation of Issues Management Results: • Successfully implemented the test strategy for MEPC system • Successfully implemented the regression procedure (80% fewer errors found in production environment)
