Responsible for the transformation process of Arçelik Retail Channel-2,400 franchisees and 3,000 white-goods selling mono-brand shops- in to a “Technology Retailer”. Arçelik has a very unique franchisee business model having more than 50% M/S in Turkey white-good market. Developed and implemented a long-term business plan to sell non-Arçelik Mobile, IT and other technological products which resulted doubled sales revenue (x2)every other year in the related categories.

Responsible for the whole tablet category business management, increased Samsung’s market share from 4% to 66% (data source: OPR 2013 monthly October tablet report) and made Samsung Electronics invincible leader in tablet market. Increased yearly sales quantity by 7.5 times and revenue by 4.7 times compared to last year’s business results.

Assigned as the Project Manager to “Channel Innovation Project” which aimed to re-setup the overall Channel Management Strategy of Samsung Electronics Turkey Mobile Division; including new Brand Shop Opening& Management Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Field Force Management, Training Strategy. The achievements of the project are as below.
