• Negotiate SLA/OLA. • Operational delivery for services according to SLAs(Service Level Agreements). • Monitor incident resolution rate and End to end availability of the services. • Create service improvement plan. • Provide training to IT employees of the countries. • Collect change requests, prioritize them and provide them to the development team to implement. • Follow the progress of incident/change requirements until they go live.

-Design and implement data warehouse model and BI query according to requirements for SRM Project. -Monitor the scheduled jobs, process chains and business planning simulations (BPS) packages. -Bug fixing.

Unilever Regional U2K2 Project Customer : Unilever Turkey, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Africa,Israel, Arabia. - Present regional report template. - Analyze local processes of Unilever Companies. - Negotiate to collect requirements from the business. - Designe and implement data warehouse model according to requirements. - Test the reports with users. - Go live processes. - Month end processes and getting new requirement after go live. - Bug Fixing.
