Development and integration of the new E/E system architectures via PREEVision and other Vector tools on the electric vehicle platform. Working on agile adaptation of the vehicle sub-systems (especially on the e-motor&inverter and battery systems) according to changes in technology. Coordination of the engineering teams for the new designs and updates on the vehicle system architectures. Definition of the flash&diagnostic requirements (based on UDS) for the whole vehicle.

On behalf of Lear Germany; System integration, analysis and tests for Ford Kuga, Focus and C-Max at FoE (Ford of Europe) Germany Labs.  Performing acceptance and integration/sanity tests for the ECUs in the labs.  Defining functional test scope with function owners at Ford.  Performing yellow board and on vehicle sign-off for the systems controlled by Lear BCM (Body Control Module).  Review and troubleshoot quality issues and erroneous systems.

Software architecture design and application software development compatible with AUTOSAR and Matlab/Simulink. Integration of databases (LIN, CAN etc.) for software. Implementation of various truck applications. Development and track of all HW&SW requirements. Review and troubleshoot erroneous systems. Root cause analysis and corrective action plan preparation. Supplier relations; review of the requirements and management of the lead times of the supplier specific implementations.

Project management, implementation and commissioning of the plant systems by using Honeywell or Siemens controllers. Projects;  Akcalı (Paint Co), Paint raw material transfer and mixing application, Istanbul/Turkey  Metanikel (Mining Co), Control algorithm and HMI design for the pressurized fluidized-bed combustion type boiler, Manisa/Turkey  Sisecam (Glass Co), server and system installation, Tbilisi/Georgia  LUKOIL, Power Plant HVAC Automation, West Quarna/IRAQ

Responsible for EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility) and EMI(Electromagnetic Interference-Immunity) tests.
