* By ‘Key Account Management’ assist and participate in new business development activities in order to increase the market share of the company, * Maintaining relations with customers by introducing company’s products and services, * Investigating customer expectations by making necessary market researches, project based researches, * Establishing segmental sales strategies, involving in pricing processes, * Market analyses, competitor analysis and customer portfolio analyses.

* Leading regional sales and marketing activities, * Monitoring distributor sales, managing distributor stocks, * Distributor management activities (managing distributor sales team), making customer survey visits with the sales team, * Making weekly and monthly meetings with distributor sales team, setting sales targets and monitoring, * Making activities within the budgets in order to increase the sales, * Being responsible for regional key accounts and lead the relations with those customers.

* Leading relations with regional key account customers, * Making annual agreements and try to increase the demand of company products by several marketing activities, * Establishing and leading segmental sales & marketing strategies, * Coordinating all services (including after sales services) for the key accounts.
