Clean room and UHV experience. *Optoelectronic and biological case studies and applications. *Characterization with microscopic and spectroscopic. *Communication with scientific journals, industry and collaborators.

Full time chemistry and biochemistry research which includes but not limited to: *Synthesis of pincer ligands and their palladium metal complexes as pre-catalysts for pharmaceutical biphenyl coupling reactions. *Synthesis of polymeric materials and sugars. *Evaluation of structure to property activities. *Homogeneous and heterogenous catalysis. *Knowledgeable in coordination and organometallic chemistry. Familiar with transition metal based complexes. *Experimental formulation and wet lab techniques

Quality analysis (both physicochemical and microbial) on cocoa mass, butter and powder using ISO which includes but not limited to: *Execution of microbiological and chemical methods. *Testing of non-routine raw materials, inline and finished products. *Karl Fischer titration, moisture analysis, FFA and other basic chemical estimation methods. *Biosafety and lab instrumentation. *Laboratory management and expansion. *Management and training of laboratory staff. *Wet lab techniques. *Inventory Management.
