Investigate incidents and tickets using Manage Engine IT helpdesk tool. Privileged Access, Identity & access management, re-validation of access. Managing entire IT infrastructure of the company, Implementing maintaining and restoring all IT based services. Deployment of software using PDQ Deloy, OS using Acronis Imaging and vSphere Client. Performing backup using Veritas NetBackup and Veeam backup for virtual environment. Providing End user support, active directory and Desktop support.

Managing 6000+ servers and 250+ ESXi hosts. Managing and troubleshooting all Wintel and vMware related issues. Server performance toning, health check, Server Build and decommission process. Implementing changes Disk Expansion, Memory Expansion. OS troubleshooting using event logs and cluster failures using cluster logs. Snapshot creation, removal and consolidation using vSphere client. Performing vMotion and sVmotion, P2V and V2V as per the requirement.

Team handling, Shift handling and Escalations as a Shift Lead for the Team. Monitoring data center and troubleshooting hardware failures. Management of AD (Window 2003 & 2008 with integration of QARS) Server. Following ITIL Process for all IT related issues and reports. Tools Used : RSAT, BMC Remedy, OIM (Oracle Identity Manager).
