As a master thesis student at AIS GmbH, I am applying my management and technical engineering skills to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. I am using six sigma tools, such as DMAIC, 8D, and 5Why, to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions. I am also preparing QM plans, training shop floor employees, and processing customer complaints. I have extensive experience in the automotive industry, having worked as an engineer at German Tech Automotive and Ashok Leyland, and as an intern at Renault Nissan and Delphi. In these roles, I contributed to QMS audits, KPI analysis, lean techniques, inventory management, supplier communication, customer relations, and reclaim management. I have also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. My goal is to leverage my QMS expertise, operational excellence knowledge, and engineering background to optimize processes and deliver value for the company.
