As Lead Producer, I manage end-to-end creative projects, leading a team of senior producers, external partners, and agencies. My role encompasses strategic project management, cost estimation, budget planning, and yearly production planning. I ensure seamless collaboration, alignment with timelines, and impactful outcomes. Combining leadership, financial oversight, and creative problem-solving, I deliver high-quality results that meet business and production objectives.

In this role, I led the video and motion design team, driving creative strategy and production excellence. I managed end-to-end video projects, oversaw cross-functional collaboration, and ensured alignment with business objectives. By fostering innovation and efficiency, I delivered impactful visual storytelling that elevated brand engagement.

My role involves bringing scripts to life and managing the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production. I've recently expanded my responsibilities to lead a variety of projects, encompassing different genres and styles, including animations. Being part of an in-house video team has its advantages, fostering a shared mindset among colleagues. Furthermore, I serve as a crucial link between teams, ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration with freelancers across the globe.

I started my journey with the company as an editor and producer, concentrating on editing concept videos and demos. Over the subsequent six months, my role naturally transitioned into that of a producer. In this expanded capacity, I took charge of content creation through video production, managed budgets, assembled and oversaw crews, organized teams, and delineated roles and responsibilities within the projects.
