• Controlling and monitoring wafer production parameters (Scheduling, Yield monitoring, etc.) • Testing (DUT) for required quality criteria, ongoing wafer development process and, if necessary, visual inspections. • Calibration and correlation of test equipment and assembly of such test systems in the clean room. • Registration and de-registration of wafer production lots.

• Worked on the study "micro-structural behavior of different types of steels under spheroidization annealing". • Preformed different compression and extrusion tests on annealed samples. • Preformed chemical analysis, dilatometric investigation, and microstructural characterization of different steel. • Carried out the result by determination of flow curves and deformability, and Finite Element Analysis using ABAQUS.

• In-depth knowledge of various production and manufacturing techniques of CNC (ACE, LMW, and MAZAK) and VMC (ACE). • Worked on the designing and installation of wheel assembly line for SUZUKI two wheelers. • Provided quality engineering support by regular inspection of WIP and receiving material. • Worked on SAP (ERP system) to carry out daily production schedules and material movement. • Helped increase plant efficiency by consistently monitoring inventory, and rework/rejection data of finished goods.

• Learned about various high pressure die casting machines (LK, ZITAI, etc.) and the processes involved in aluminium die casting process. • Practical exposure to milling, turning, drilling, and machining processes.
