Reviewing technical submittals, preparing progress reports, implementing policies and standards, coordinating between departments, managing worker distribution and schedules, maintaining discipline, keeping worker progress records, overseeing all mechanical activities, and supervising HVAC and plumbing installations from inspection to handover.

Drafting and preparing design, shop, and MEP coordination drawings for the project, verifying designs, coordinating mechanical drawings, submitting materials for mechanical work on the site, calculating heat load using HAP4.4 software, designing firefighting systems, calculating hydraulic calculations for fire protection systems, designing external mechanical networks, creating mechanical shop drawings, and performing design calculations for optimization and compliance with applicable standards and codes.

Follow up on mechanical works and plan the time schedule with consideration for civil, architectural, and electrical systems, as well as contractors and procurement contracts. Emphasize supervision and implementation of mechanical works, including HVAC systems, firefighting systems, water networks, and elevators.Execute HVAC systems like Package unit inclusive testing, commissioning, and balancing, in addition to all duct works and accessories as per international standards such as Arshree and SMACNA.
