Citizens in Charge Foundation is a national transpartisan voter rights group dedicated to protecting and expanding the ballot initiative and referendum process. We believe citizen control of government is essential for peace, prosperity and freedom. We believe that the ballot initiative process is imperative for Americans to truly control their government.

Directed marketing strategies for policy work produced by staff. Served as Project Director for government transparency project and Key Advocate for Bob Galvin Mobility Project to End Congestion. Organized and executed various outreach events. Advanced organization’s transition from traditional practice of publishing policy briefs to an interactive, face-to-face process with those who change policy and shape public opinion.

Directed Section 527 political organization with over a quarter of a million members & 1,850+ chapters. Oversaw all HR functions including training, mentoring & evaluation of 70+ staffers. Spearheaded a series of marketing initiatives that included a national communications strategy for year-round branding.- Led org in achieving its highest fundraising total ($3 million) through 3 initiatives. - Developed marketing strategy that led to appearances in Washington Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal +

Held full responsibility for setting up, developing, and managing coalition meetings comprised of market-oriented think tanks, activist groups, corporate representation, issue-oriented organizations, and selected government officials.
