Process development for battery housing and working on bus bar welding concept for the cell to pack assembly line. Evaluating the manufacturing process for setting up a series production line for Cell to pack of lithium-ion batteries.

• Responsible for handling Advanced Fuel Ignition Delay Analyser (AFIDA) and carrying out tests for various alternative synthetic fuels. • Study of the calculations of the time curve of pressure, temperature and mass flow rate in cylinder of diesel engine • Development of analysis methods of Advanced fuel ignition delay analyser data in programs such as MATLAB and Python.

Engineering Research and Development (ERD-BIW) for automotive Industry, from design to production. • Product Design, Concept generation, Part Modelling and Assembly Design. • Provide Internal Engineering support for all department including CAD drawing, Technical documentation, Quality, RnD and the on-site production.

• Modify the design and assist in manufacturing various cars exhaust. • Suggest changes in design of exhaust to reduce noise and improve efficiency.

• Evaluate and monitor mechanical process, identify issues, and suggest improvements. Make mechanical prototypes as required by different companies. • Designing and Manufacturing of a Manual lock and latch mechanism gun.
