• Conducting Lectures & practical’s For Graphics, BME, MD, Applied Thermodynamics, Energy conversion, Heat & Mass transfer, Automobile Engineering, Fluid Power control, and Energy Management. • Appointed as Heads of Department of Mechanical Engineering for a period of 4 months. • Laboratory Development i.e. Space layout planning, Equipment selection (within budget), order, procurement, commissioning, testing and accepting. • Instrumental in starting SAE Chapter & participating in Baja 2015.

• As a Shift in-charge Mechanical Engineer my role was to carry out preventive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance of the Mini Blast Furnace, Pig casting machine, Raw Material Handling Unit, air compressors, Mudgun, Drill machine, hydraulic power pack, centrifugal water pumps and cooling towers. • Operation & Maintenance of centrifugal pump system, Compressors and Utilities. • TPM, TBM, CBM, Breakdown jobs & Why Why analysis. • Kaizen implementation & Training subordinates.

- Conduct preventive maintenance of equipments such as curing presses, flap presses, tire building machines, band building machines, bead winders and splice jammers after examining production schedule, equipment operational data, downtime cost and efficient efficiency of labour and equipment. - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities and operations of the maintenance team and personnel. - Classify & organize technicians and workers according to their skill sets & utilize them optimally.
