Designed discrete-event simulation models for automated warehouses and intralogistics systems. Simulated ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, RGVs, lifts and material-flow systems. Developed custom simulation logic using SimTalk. Evaluated throughput, bottlenecks, utilization and resource requirements. Used simulation to support system design and capacity decisions. Worked with stakeholders/engineering teams to translate real operational requirements into simulation models.

I analyzed the pain points for vehicle dynamics in designing a hydrogen fuel cell truck and designed physical models in Matlab, Simulink and Simscape softwares to solve them for the best performance possible. I led my team(including 4 students from all over India) and managed the project, completing tasks before the deadline. I suggested practical solutions to my team during our interactive sessions to discuss problems occuring during the project.

Worked as a research intern under Dr. Anand Parey on Noise control and management of mixer grinders. I met new people at IIT and connected with PhD scholars, Assistants, and students at events like Research paper presentations. I studied about Noise control and management of mixer grinder, where I learnt about noise absorbing foams, how shape of blade and size of jar affects noise, and measuring instruments and software which are used in industries like Eicher.

I designed the rollcage of the electric trike and selected material to minimize its weight and cost without compromising the strength and reliability strictly according to a rulebook provided by SAE. I managed various departments through effective communication and solved problems while guiding freshman students. I followed all the rules and helped my teammates to be motivated to complete the deadlines we set for ourselves. Successfully raised sponsorship and funds worth Rs.50,000 and won cash prize and tro
