Developed high accuracy microwave and mm-wave circuit design procedure with the help of 3D EM simulator (HFSS). Accurate substrate and interconnections parasitic and coupling element extraction from the complete chip. Several mm-wave components (such as power amplifiers) has been simulated and the simulation results has been compared with the measurements. The comparisons have justified the better accuracy of the procedure in comparison with the other design procedures.
Phase shiftier design for GSM array antenna for constant power distribution in the cell area with the help of beam forming technique. Modeling of the single and array antenna patterns and calculating power level at each point in side the cell in Matlab. Optimization of the input signal phase of each single antenna for the constant power level all over the cell area in Matlab. Designing the phase shifter with the help of ADS. Finally drawing the phase shifter layout in ADS Momentum.
