Also responsible for credit & risk management.

Responsible for Consumer Electronics and domestic appliances overall business for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for defining with team and distributor the sales and marketing strategies. Responsible for defining & implementing with team the Way Of Working & Tools for sales, marketing, KAM and TM. KPI’s include Net Sales, Integral Margin and DSO targets, CUSAM, NPS & EES. Reporting to sub cluster leader MEA.
