 As a part of Build & Provisioning team, deploy & deliver deploying large scale Unified Communications Designs – Cisco based  Liaising with Project Managers & Solution Architects to understand the customer requirements & design LLDs/CCDs documents.  Analyze & Transform the customer’s current telephony system into Cisco Architecture.  Building & provisioning Unified Apps such as CUCM, Unity via provisioning tools such as VOSS, VOSS4UC & also deploy Cisco Collaboration Edge.

 Responsible for Design, Implement and Delivery for Voice & Data infra projects.  Voice Provisioning of Cisco Unified Communications Manager & Cisco Unity  Understanding the customer requirement and delivering and responding the RFP/RFI accordingly.  Liaise with various team such as Project Managers, NOC teams for successful delivery of projects.

 Provided support to Voice network of International Shipping Client.  Worked in capacities of Incident Management, Problem management, and Change Management  Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection,  Debugging of Voice Gateways to isolate voice related issues  Troubleshooting & Maintenance of IPCC Enterprise & IPCC Express

 Providing support to Voice network of the organization  Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.x  Coordinating and with different Telco/Service Providers for WAN uptime.  Coordinating with Cisco TAC for escalated issues and performing troubleshooting with TAC engineers

 Provisioning of Network devices for WiMAX technology on 4G devices.  Liaising with the stake holders to ensure delivery timelines are met  Leading a team of 7 people

 Working in the TATA NOC - VoIP  Was part of Service delivery and Service Assurance for TCL, Hosted IP Contact Center and Corporate Internet Telephony/Managed VoIP customers.  Provided Support & end to end Implementation of InstaCC - Hosted contact center solution (InstaCC) at customer premises.

 Providing support to customers in the global customers.  Setting up the PC for Internet connectivity.  Optimizing the firewall to allow communications from the host machine to other machines/devices in the LAN.

 Visiting doctors & promoting the medical products of the company  Monitoring & maintaining sales of the products at Stockists level  Helping in boosting the sales of the products by regular follow ups with Doctors & Pharmacists.
