VESSEL HANDLING: Complete Formalities prior arrival till departure of the vessel i.e. customs immigration, port health & vessel’s requirements. EXPORT/IMPORT DOCUMENTATION, EXPORT MARKETING: Understanding of marketing strategies, the applications & understanding the competitive behavior visiting the brokers, shippers and clearing agents.

Interacted with foreign tourists visiting India and to meet their requirements as per the tourism needs. My work, which started right from meeting the guests at the very first arrival at the airport, continued till their departure, discussing with tourists tour programmer at the airport and hotels, I was also assigned to do various desk works such as preparation of Travel/Tour documents and the necessary correspondence with the hotels/airlines/transportation and other supplies.
