b10ck.de is a consulting service founded in 2001 by Amke Block. We support music & media business to implement digital transformation strategies. We connect traditional music business with technology – one creativity with the other. We build bridges between music business and technology and help them finding a common language and common action. Customers include GEMA, BVMI, VUT, DMV, numerous media companies, publishers, independent labels, and conferences such as Popkomm, ESNS and Reeperbahn Festival.

Surround was a start-up building an open and shared eco-system for the Music and Entertainment Industry, based on Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, driven by transparency, security and collaboration. Surround championed the artists and their intellectual property as well as the contribution of their partners in complex, competitive technology-driven markets, where economic growth is depending on data access, intelligence, iteration and monetization.

At Reeperbahn Festival, I developed parts of the conference program, mainly in the fields of digital transformation, sync and sociopolitical engagement. For the sync part I implemented the conference strand "music, brands, (e)motion" as an initial for structuring the whole vast conference in strands that serve as conference in conference.
