Design and Development of Kirloskar Power Tiller & PowerWeeder. Layout preparation, Concept creation & convert into 3D modeling. Gear & Shaft modeling & drawing. Modeling, Assembly, Detailing and drawing checking of various transmission component and housing. Tolerance Stackup Analysis. Proto type and manufacturing support.

Study of engineering drawing for Bill of material correctness view and note additional requirement. Daily planning of fit up, stage work like inspection, welding, cutting, NDT, R.T. conduction Or any fabrication work etc. Planning of hydro test, blasting, painting and dispatch of Pressure Vessel.
