Monitoring remittance and matching off respective line items from the Customer Ledger. Following up with the customer or collector for any missing remittance information. Confirming that all payments and credit notes are applied and performing an AR ledger reconciliation. Investigate and resolve unapplied, and unidentified cash. Ensure accurate and timely clearing of cash receipts. Support month-end closing activities for AR. Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger monthly. Intercompany Reconciliation.

• Onsite Trip to Germany for project transition. • Responsible for cash application for all Bonn and Swiss Ledger and also worked on transition for Bonn Site and successfully implemented smooth and accurate process transition incorporated with process observations, guided phase processing, filling of SIPOC and preparing SOPs. • OTC transactional activities like cash application,ARCS,Reporting and GetPaid,SAGE. • Imparted trainings to new Joiners. • Carried out translation for Initial Stage of Bonn Project

Note : Sutherland Global Services acquired Order Management, fulfillment and Collections department from AVAYA India Pvt ltd since 1st March 2015 hence this is continuation of employment from AVAYA to Sutherand. • Managed the day to day activities of the Team. • Quality check of quotation processed by Team • Daily allocation and reporting. •Responsible for timely, complete and accurate month end closing process including timely reporting.

Germany – OEFC – Order Entry Fulfilments and Collection • Calling and E mailing in German to counterparts in Germany in respect of Quotation processing • Archiving quotations and Sales Order related documents for future record and reference • Quality check of Quotation processed by Team Member (Angebot) • Working on Amendments in current contracts and validation of reasons in case customer asks for contract cancellation
