· In charge of designing interfaces, operations portals and dashboards, both for company stakeholders as well as for our customers. · Co-lead the design process scaling through the creation of a component library from scratch, working with an agile, cross functional remote team.

· Lead entire UX process - from user research to conceptualisation and wireframing. Also responsible for prototyping and running experiments to validate user-behaviour hypotheses. · In charge of UI design and implementation across products (mobile apps, web app, etc.) as well other graphic materials required on a recurring basis (e.g. landing pages, decks, merchandising, etc.).

· Lead a team of 3 UX & Web Designers and directly report to the Creative Director. · Spearhead the entire UX and Design cycle from identified business needs (e.g. new campaign launches, one-off promotions, branded content, etc.) to creating and delivering all user interactions across digital channels (300K subscribers). · Co-ordinate a group of c. 10 people across Marketing, UX, Product Digitalisation and Business teams to plan and execute email marketing strategies.

· Employee #2 and granted full responsibility over the entire user experience process and the design of all user interfaces across web and mobile devices. · Single-handedly designed all graphic materials required across online marketing campaigns (which resulted in over 35,000 signups) as well as for offline events. · Hand-picked by the CEO to act as Scrum Master. Managed the product development workflow of a team of 6 developers.

· Designed numerous web portals and graphic materials for clients such as Bosch, Famosa, Aquaservice, Sesderma, MetLife, Puig, etc. · Developed and designed inbound marketing campaigns with the marketing team. Also in charge of all creative materials related to these campaigns (landing pages, newsletters, banners, blogs, etc.).

· Designed and rolled out of all corporate and branding materials (business cards, flyers, branding for offline events, corporate presentations, merchandising, etc.). · Was in charged of designing all web portals as well as the creative materials used across online marketing campaigns, including banners, landing pages, blogs, image processing and editing, etc.

Radcliffe y asociados is an advertising agency which designs and provides materials for offline events. During my internship I supported the agency Lead Designer with the design of corporate presentations, brochures, rollups and all kinds of graphic materials for the agency's clients.
