As a Solution Designer I conduct discussions, research and analysis with the clients to develop solutions that attends different demands for two mobile applications and one web application, part of the same product. We work in Agile way, aiming to evolve and get better results through collaboration. I'm also part of the 3rd level support for the mentioned product. The main tools used on the daily basis are: Jira, Service Now and Adobe XD: creation of mobile and web mockups, prototypes and workflows.

I worked as a reporting manager for a multi-language team (Polish, German, Dutch and Russian). I was responsible for payroll documentations, hiring process , approving reported hours and performing the appraisal evaluation year cycle for the members of my team. I made sure my team kept motivated and engaged while working as per the process defined by the company.

My main role was to make sure that the support is provided correctly to the end user as agreed on contract. I secure that that the team can achieve the targets demanded by the client, also to perform regular Quality Evaluations to guarantee the excellence of the work of the agents and provide full training for new joiners and for quality review when necessary.
