Ana Osredkar

I’m in charge of the Ljubljana local office, market development, project management and design research. My primary responsibility is market development and client acquisition in the local and Austrian market, where revenues surged a 100% within one year. I plan and conduct design research for product and service development projects, and moderate design thinking workshops with clients. My responsibilities include overseeing revenue streams, team management and strategic planning.

My responsibilities included mainly project management of industrial design projects for big clients. Along the years I have acquired experience and knowledge of different markets, development processes and production technologies. Early on I started moderating client workshops and introducing design research methods for better design briefings. This was also where my passion for design thinking and service design started.

As an account executive I was responsible for campaign management and creative production for different brands. These included a telecommunication operator, radio group, daily newspaper and a shopping mall. Working under a lot of time pressure, learning about production and serving as a client and creative liaison were the biggest learnings I took from my first full time job.
