Responsibilities: Filing patent and trademark applications, filing further documents to patent offices, paying official fees, carrying out trademark searches, managing IP database, preparing contracts including assignments and dealing with foreign agents.

Responsibilities: management of deadlines and file history by entering data into the patents and trademarks database; preparing documentation in support of patent and trademark filings and assignments worldwide; supporting the Portfolio & Database Manager in the preparation of reports on patent and trademark documentation and filings; performing other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities: in charge of the filing of new patent and industrial design applications overseas; legal consultation with clients in English and Spanish (mainly US); reviewing documentation and drawings for national phase filings in Mexico; drafting legal documentation for patent, utility model and industrial design applications; amending specification and claims of pending applications.

Responsibilities: becoming acquainted with and applying European and Swiss patent law; analysis of office actions and submission to clients; instructing legal associates; carrying out patent searches; advising clients on aspects of Swiss patent law; drafting warning letters in cases of potential infringement; payment of annuities at the Swiss Patent Office.

Responsibilities: client consultations in English and Spanish (mainly US clients); drafting and reviewing legal documentation for patent, utility model and industrial design applications in Mexico (foreign priority applications and national phase PCT); drafting and prosecuting special writs; analysis and review of Mexican patent applications and granted patents.

Responsibilities: tax litigation; social security litigation. Prosecution at the Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa.
