Participated in a project on the evolutionary origin of the centriole, where I had to look for structural homologs of the SAS6 protein using AlphaFold, in particular via FoldSeek. The work consisted of using proteins in open databases such as PDB, and Uniprot, then running the foldseek algorithm with adjusted parameters and filtering the results to obtain the most relevant proteins.

Two-month internship in the medical and marketing departments. I was in charge of writing an Instruction For Use (IFU) for the recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone pen Bemfola and for improving the iPhone application Lady's Diary-Period Tracker.
