Led design of SaaS features for a bilingual platform used by 300K+ members and 2K admins. Partnered with leadership & devs to align user needs with business goals and technical feasibility. Delivered automated subscription & invoicing tools (saving 15h/week), 2FA, profiles and account switching features. Evolved the design system with Figma variables.

Delivered a GDPR-compliant messaging feature improving in-app communication, and built a donation tool with PayPal integration and automated German-compliant receipts. Created marketing visuals, animations, and micro-interactions to strengthen brand identity. Identified the need for a design system update and new handoff process, leading to promotion to mid-level.

Designed an end-to-end membership platform for a creative non-profit (~150 members, 62% active), crucial to sustaining the association by strengthening member loyalty.

Primary project: Delivered brand identity, design system, and responsive website for Facets (interior design company); implemented in Webflow and validated through usability testing.
