• Maintaining, updating and developing the forecast models. • Developing a new forecast model / adapting the existing ones according to requirements. • Coordinating the revenue forecast process and the communication to stakeholders. • Monthly comparison of actuals against forecast and detailed variances explanation through drivers. • Developing other reporting models according to the Group requirements.

• Generate monthly reports for analysis (dashboards and other reports) • Production of the monthly metrics across all activities within the process. • Maintain regular analysis of all kinds (System, defect, Accuracy, TAT - Turn Around Time). • Ensure all process documents are managed and updated.
