Worked as Senior Design Engineer to develop Closed System Drug Transfer (CSTD) devices for hazardous medication delivery solution. Completed the design modification of 17 IV sets involving design and compliance changes based on ISO 10993 and ISO 18250 standards which contributed to 28% of total product line revenue Designed, developed and implemented 3 new test methods for validating new system requirements within 70% of average development time.

Worked as Design Engineer in design & development of luminaries and enclosures for hazardous and non-hazardous location. Led a team of 2 - completed the design & development marine luminaries adhering to IEC 60079-1 standards which contributed 38% of total revenue. Designed & launched the product “Hazardous area enclosure” with modified design features, resulting in approx. 30% lesser weight & 38% lesser cost enclosure than the nearest competitor by implementing topology optimization & analytical approach.

Worked as Supply chain management Engineer in New product development team to develop transmission system of tractor. Conceived and accomplished a cost saving project on PTO shaft which had a cost saving and machining time reduction of approx. INR 25 and 6 min per shaft respectively.

Developed a continuum model which aims to predict the time needed for degradation in presence of stress and also to simulate the mechanical properties at any stage of degradation. Developed a Molecular dynamics program to simulate the effect of interparticle distance on the stress distribution of materials through FEA and molecular dynamics
