As a part of the team, I am responsible for making sure that reported defects (bug tickets) are categorized, assigned, and fixed in time. I help the internal teams to keep their bug numbers under control and contribute to our bug management processes while helping to automate as much of them as possible. Additionally aiding my team in building a Unified Bug Management process for all the platform teams in New Work SE in order to accelerate the quality of the overall process throughout the company.
