Working on projects related to urban resilience and vulnerability assessment using spatial mapping, land and governance in urban villages, Local Area Planning and Town Planning Schemes in Indian cities (Sub-scheme under AMRUT Mission).

Involved in research regarding implementation of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Indian Cities. Research focus - Affordable housing and Governance & Finance models for LAP around Transit. Co-authored an illustrated handbook for Indian cities ‘LAP for Transit’ that presents and demonstrates an Indian model of Local Area Planning (LAP) around transit, to achieve the goals of Transit Oriented Development. Carried out training workshops for city planners from different State Town Planning Departments

Carried out research on Land Value Capture and Transit Oriented Development

Independently handled Architecture and Interior Design projects. Carried out site supervision. Involved in design development and preparation of construction documents.
