Docking is a technique that allows you to virtually screen databases of approved drugs into one or more biological targets of interest in an affordable time. In the PyDock project, I reimplemented the famous docking program AutoDock Vina, which is originally written in C++ language, in python. Why reinvent the wheel? : vectorize and optimize the original code to run it on GPU

There are many tools that operate on LLVM bitcode. To use these tools, LLVM bitcode or original source code are required. Sometimes however, only already compiled binaries are available – there is no standard and well-defined process to obtain LLVM bitcode from a binary. I implement a new method to overcome this problem. • AVR Disassembler : Given an input binary for AVR architecture, I parse it and implement my own Disassembler.
