- Support and coordinate the end to end recruitment of A1-A10 level (Senior Management) in the MENA region. - Available as surge capacity for recruitment of staff in country programmes (Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria). - Involved in creating and updating the regional recruitment strategy. - Maintaining and monitoring the two HR software applications. - Manage the regional induction and oversee the on-boarding processes for the MENA region.

x Support programs and strategies to raise awareness of the SNF amongst a range of movements and networks. x Working with the program Manager to develop concept papers, prepare proposals and implementation work plans for submission to major donors as well as prepare weekly and monthly reports. x Participate in NGO assessments workshops, trainings, & support office visits etc.

x Develop job postings, pre-screened candidates for open positions (headhunting, telephone interviews, job adverts, shortlisting, setting up interviews and scheduling, etc.). x Support interview process and maintain administration (resume database, application maintenance, employment offers and rejection letters, etc.). x Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations. x Maintained employee files and evaluations. x Support the employees’ performance evaluation process.
