Lead and manage the company’s approach to key and national accounts, undertake presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers. In conjunction with the Commercial Director develop marketing and sales plans appropriate to the size, type and number of businesses to be targeted in current sales campaigns.

Driving the overall business performance, managing the business plan and budget, development and implementation of efficient sales strategy, optimizing the organization and motivation of staff. The company had initiated two new strategic projects and continued with a wholesale process of company change.

Developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy. I consulted the major clients of the company on their choice of demands according their needs. I was responsible for sourcing new clients and expanding the business of the company. Coordinating company resources to meet specific assignments, led and worked in a team.
