Software engineer at the navigation team which develops a way to localize and navigate within indoor environments. I’m mainly focused on optimizing the robustness and precision of the visual positioning. This involves solving problems related to topics as SLAM, bundle adjustment, image processing, and textured mesh reconstruction.

Developed an Android application for a Google Tango Device. For the purpose of accurate 3D object reconstruction using C++, Java, Android NDK/SDK, JNI. The challenge was to optimize the motion tracking of Google Tango devices with 3D information and a bundle adjustment approach. It also involved cross-compilation of various C++ libraries for Android.

Developed the classroom response system SMILE which is a web-based client server application. It allows a live interaction between students and a lecturer. For this agile driven software project (SCRUM) I developed features in PHP5, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, HTML5 and with JQuery, MySQL, Propel.
