- Manage a comprehensive quality control program to ensure that production is compliant with all requirements. -Supervise continuous improvement activities for the dry process operations, implementing corrective actions to ensure that quality standards are met. -Approve the standards for all dry processes.

-Research trends, study local market and competitors, customer preferences and relay all relevant information and recommendations to senior management. -Design new styles adapted to local market. Create style sheets with construction specification. Design flyers in Photoshop to promoting the retail store. -Coordinate the production of new styles, the activity of packing area of ready stock and replenishment of sold goods. -Create new in-store displays, windows displays in order to stimulate sales.

-Study current trends. Source and select denim fabrics as per desired washes. Diversify the denim fabrics library. Test the washes for the new fabrics. Develop denim washes and execute all operations required in dry processes. -Communicate with buyers, source fabrics and trims, negotiate prices with suppliers, -Monitor sampling process, work with pattern makers on all fit sessions to ensure ideal fit is achieved through various counter sample approvals, review prototypes.

-Setting up technical packs/specification sheets: manufacturing, packing and labelling details, consumptions, quality reports, spec size for prototypes and size sets. -Establish good relationships with suppliers regarding components and delivery on time. -Supervise design sheets. -Communicate with abroad producers, ensuring technical support, creating the link between our design department and suppliers.

-Set-up new sampling room. -Prepare technical documentation for production, technical sketches, consumptions (BOM) and cutting plans. -Check the correctitude of patterns. -Coordinate the process of making preproduction samples.

-Establish technical construction of prototypes, type and successions of sewing operations, type of sewing devices used to reduce the number of sewing operations and to increase productivity. -Prepare technical packs for prototypes using the ERP system. -Work closely with pattern makers to interpret new sketches into new styles. -Monitor the sampling process of prototypes, creating the link between pattern makers and sampling room.
