Attending Seasonal Plan Kickoff meetings. Maintaining calendar workflows. Building collections and counting options. Booking fabrics and writing orders. Creating styles and BOMs in PLM. Negotiating costs and releasing cost sheets in PLM. Arranging samples for sign-off meetings. Following up on production and releasing it. Ensuring correct material information is in PLM. Maintaining daily communication with suppliers. Maintaining E2E calendars and materials libraries.

Attending sign off & help to collection building, Arrange fitting session & sample processing. Comments writing & follow up daily production. Checking the incoming samples & tech pack creation, Uploading tech packs & updating BOM in the PLM system, Supporting to “Track & Approval Lab dips, Bulks & Trims” Communicating with supplier, Controlling the quality of incoming goods, Following up the CP & sending production approval. Approve care label in the system. Sourcing material, Quality & Test report checking

Product development from concept sample to production sample & tracking, Assist fabric & trim selection, Measurements & comments on fitting & workmanship, Maintain production documents & tech packs, Maintain seasonal fabric and lab dip library, Communicate with far east suppliers.
