- Worked in the German software development team, designing and implementing solutions for the forestry market in DACH region - Onboarding, training and management of an external developer hired to help with the workload from the German team in 2019 - Introduced the concept of feature branches, pull requests and code review to the development team in Germany - On January 2019 started working as a software developer (C#, VB.NET, Web Forms, .NET Core Web API) in the Trimble Connected Forest team

- Wrote technical articles between 2007-2018 on my website, mainly related to software development using Microsoft tools, such as Visual Studio and SQL Server. - Spoke on several events from 2007 to 2011 about such tools, always presenting the latest news from the Microsoft software development environment - Launched an e-book in 2015 about report design using the Microsoft Report Viewer tool - A couple of years later, in 2017, launched an online course about the same subject

- Moved to Savcor Germany to join the team that made the migration from Zenith Forst / Handel (developed with VB5 and migrated to C#) - Main responsibility was to make the "bridge" between the R&D department and the rest of the team that was performing the migration - Once the migration project was completed, I started taking part in other software development projects and improvements to the product for all kinds of clients in the forestry industry

- Joined Savcor to mainly work on an international project for a Latvian customer in the forestry sector. I took part on the requirements research, solution proposal, implementation and documentation. The application was developed in C# with business logic coded as stored procedures in the database (SQL Server) - Report design with SQL Server Reporting Services - Implementation of a new GIS control in collaboration with the Savcor offices in Germany and UK

- Implemented a new version from the main application (SysRH), using VB6 as the programming language. The application had several reports, which were all developed using Crystal Reports 8 - Implemented an application using C# that was basically a central database of job descriptions. This information was imported in the main application when needed - Software development supervisor (2 people team) for a little more than one year

I had to interrupt the studies in this course due to a move from Piracicaba to São José dos Campos. It got impracticable to travel to Piracicaba every weekend to continue attending the course.
