Monitor regulatory initiatives impacting Europe, assess business impact and lead and/or support implementation of risk and regulatory projects covering WM Europe in Booking Centre Switzerland as well as in the European domestic locations (e.g. set-up and led project EMIR, led impact analysis EU GDPR, represented Risk in AEI, MiFID II) Various Business Risk Management related responsibilities (e.g. Supervision Steering Committee, Risk Culture implementation, Span of Control, redesing of PEP process)

(i) Defining multishoring capabilities for UBS' European entities (ii) Implemented as project leader multishoring capability in UBS Germany (iii) Work stream leader Risk Management and Compliance Control Framework in internal outsourcing project (iv) Leading cost reduction initiatives for UBS' European entities (v) Advising 'New Capital Requirement Projects' for some of UBS' European entities (vi) Defining and implementing expanded cross-border mortgage capabilities in one European Location

(i) Supporting WM & Swiss Bank General Counsel (Oliver Bartholet) to build up and lead his Business Area (ca. 500 employees worldwide) (ii) Built up and led Business Management Team and covered with team planning, budgeting, resources, infrastructure and logistical support for the function, etc(iii) Defined and implemented new Legal & Compliance Governance Framework

(i) Mobilized & coached new UBS entities set-up, e.g. South Africa, Saudi-Arabia, Portugal, in all project phases (pre-study up to post-implementation review) (ii) Consulting line mgmt re Acquisition integration in different phases (due diligence, integration, post-integration review) (iii) Dresdner Bank Latin America post integration re-documentation project (iv) US Sanction related country disinvestment project (v) Project leader design and implementation of UBS' cross-border Client Advisor workbench

Key projects: (i) Project Office Acquisition & Integration Dresdner Bank LatinAmerica: 4 locations (Miami, Hamburg, Panama and Cayman) (ii) Led Project Office Human Resources SBC Wealth Mgmt (new autonomous pension fund; new Fringe Benefits package; review of Total Compensation Policy; new HR system, new employee contracts) (iii) Led subproject Accounting Processes (iv) Operational Risk Excellence: stream and project office and mandate leader
