The Sr Quality Manager Laser Products (Sr. QMLP) is responsible for developing quality communication with customers and evaluate Product design quality and supplier quality to ensure the best quality service is delivered to our valuable customers in all over the world.

The additional objectives to the normal CQM role of the QMS Representative is to safeguard: - The compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 - The further development of the Quality Management System - The improvement, update and maintenance of the Quality Management System documentation - Contribution to internal and external quality system audits and the follow up of corrective actions - The execution of the management review of the implementation of the Quality Management System

coordination to customer and region. subsidiaries for tech. supp. and complaint handling, supp. in case of tech. product info. and drive product change releases, monitoring WW product quality performance within their region and address corrective actions if required, safeguarding Q requirements in the total chain are respected, being the “VOC” in the WW Autom. Q-Team, active of improvements reg. quality aspects both intern. and extern., supp. BM activities, Prep., joining and follow up on audits

My role as Quality Project Leader is to take the integral ownership of product quality in the product design, industrialization & customer release phase of new products or new production areas, by working in close cooperation with the development team, production team, product management, suppliers and customers. .
