Project Manager on a Business Management Agency, which provides a more flexible and comprehensive model of Interim Management in contexts of Restructuring (Turnaround), Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Reorganization or, carrying out in specific troubleshooting that impact the performance of a business, where it's required speed and ability to make things happened. Customer contact regarding quality issues, new product launches. APQP, PPAP management. Joined as project was on a proto stage and followed during SOP and running production. 8D reporting, GD&T evaluations, daily quality management, ISO/TS and VDA 6.3 audits & certification, Customer satisfaction, Follow-up of critical suppliers.

Key account quality manager on a Tier 1 Automotive supplier of electronic & entertainment parts (radio receivers, displays, antenna receivers). APQP and PPAP managing during startup of new projects, as well as following current products, handling complaints (through 8D, 5-Why, PFMEAs, Green Belt, Shainin practices) and providing direct feedback to customers (Volvo/Renault Trucks, Volvo Cars, Ford, BMW, Porsche, SAAB). Specific issues involve managing international teams.

Quality Systems implementation and certification (aided by a consultant company) of Sorting Plant and Energy Recovery plant, by the ISO 9001 standard, as well as integration with the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Quality reporting. Liaison with municipalities, including conducting municipal solid waste facility evaluations. Upgrading documental system to online solution. Follow quality inspections and results.

I started as a production engineer, but after a couple of months I replaced the factory quality manager, and stayed in that position for roughly 1 year. Even though I had no experience with Quality Management, I managed to keep the company certified by the quality standard at the time (ISO 9002). This position allowed me not only to gain knowledge on quality management, but also on people management.
